The month of February was designated 'Time to Sign' month for the petition drive to establish the University Park Recreation District. To mark the event and promote signings the Planning group hosted a reception at UPCC where eligible electors could sign and hand in a petition.  By the time of the event, the Get Out the Vote Team had already collected over 900 signatures and we reached over the 1,000 threshold at the Sign-a-bration!  Here's a recap of the day with pictures.
